En aquest t&#8217;article t&#8217;expliquem quins s\u00f3n els<strong> aliments amb fibra<\/strong> que s\u00f3n ideals per una dieta sana i sense estrenyiment.<\/p>\n<p>Fa un temps la meva filla de 3 anys va passar una \u00e8poca de <strong>restrenyiment (psicol\u00f2gic sobretot; no volia fer caca, li feia por)<\/strong>. Per ajudar-la a &#8220;evacuar&#8221; m\u00e9s f\u00e0cilment, sense apretar gaire, el pediatra ens va recomanar fer a casa una dieta di\u00e0ria d&#8217;<strong>aliments amb fibra<\/strong>, <strong>cuinant els que m\u00e9s fibra tinguessin. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ens va donar <strong>una llista d&#8217;aliments amb fibra<\/strong> que ens va fer al\u00b7lucinar! Desconeix\u00edem <strong>el poder dels cigrons o dels p\u00e8sols<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>La dieta va funcionar molt b\u00e9 per a ella i per a tota la fam\u00edlia! Doncs els fruits vermells! Gerds i mores, sobretot.<\/strong> El <strong>kiwi<\/strong> no surt a la taula (i no s\u00e9 per qu\u00e8) per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 t\u00e9 molta fibra.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1969 size-full\" title=\"Alimentos con fibra\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/locaacademiafamiliar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/alimentos-con-mas-fibra.jpg?resize=696%2C751&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Alimentos con fibra\" width=\"696\" height=\"751\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/locaacademiafamiliar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/alimentos-con-mas-fibra.jpg?w=696&amp;ssl=1 696w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/locaacademiafamiliar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/alimentos-con-mas-fibra.jpg?resize=278%2C300&amp;ssl=1 278w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sempre havia cregut que la pera anava molt millor que la poma contra el restrenyiment<\/strong>&#8230; Vosaltres tamb\u00e9? Doncs b\u00e9, nom\u00e9s t\u00e9 unes d\u00e8cimes m\u00e9s&#8230; Pr\u00e0cticament tenen la mateixa quantitat fibra.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Els cereals de <em>salvado<\/em> (no refinat) \u00e9s l&#8217;aliment amb m\u00e9s quantitat de fibra<\/strong>. Atenci\u00f3: 44 grams de fibra per cada 100 grams!!!! Si no li agraden al teu fill\/a, hi ha m\u00e9s opcions, no et preocupis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les mongetes seques (les blanques), els cereals de <em>salvado<\/em> (refinats) i els fruits secs tamb\u00e9 tenen un munt de fibra<\/strong>. Un exemple: menjant 100 grams de mongetes seques aconsegueixes 25 grams de fibra, contra els pobres 2-3 grams que aconsegueixes menjant la mateixa quantitat de pera o de la majoria de fruites fresques.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les llenties i els cigrons<\/strong>, a m\u00e9s de ser bon\u00edssims, s\u00f3n rics en fibra (12 grams per cada 100 gr). Els cuinem molt a casa. Els cigrons donen molt de joc amb <strong>l&#8217;hummus<\/strong> tamb\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>I per al berenar? <strong>Galetes de s\u00e8gol (centeno), pa integral i fruits secs s\u00f3n ideals.<\/strong> Les fruites deshidratades contenen molta fibra (albercoc sec, coco sec, figues seques, prunes seques&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aquesta taula d&#8217;aliments amb fibra ha estat tot un descobriment per a nosaltres<\/strong>. Seguim menjant molta fruita i verdura per totes les vitamines que aporten per\u00f2 quan es tracta de buscar fibra, anem directes als llegums i els cereals \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Restrenyiment psicol\u00f2gic&#8221; infantil: la meva filla de 3 anys tenia por d&#8217;anar al lavabo<\/h3>\n<p>Tot va comen\u00e7ar quan la nostra filla de 3 anys menjava de tot -i la veritat \u00e9s que menjava molt b\u00e9- per\u00f2 tenia veritables problemes de restrenyiment; o millor dit, no volia fer caca. El pip\u00ed a l&#8217;orinal estava controlat per\u00f2 a l&#8217;hora de seure&#8217;s a fer caca era una altra hist\u00f2ria i es negava ella mateixa (psicol\u00f2gicament) a que surt\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>El pediatre ens va receptar &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Lactulosa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>lactulosa<\/strong><\/a>&#8221; per fer front a aquest <strong>&#8220;restrenyiment psicol\u00f2gic&#8221;<\/strong>, per\u00f2 a m\u00e9s, ens va animar a cuinar<strong> aliments amb fibra <\/strong>per ajudar al m\u00e0xim &#8220;que la cosa surt\u00eds de forma f\u00e0cil&#8221; i que la nena estigu\u00e9s c\u00f2moda amb el seu cos i aprengu\u00e9s a no tenir por o ansietat quan sent\u00eds la necessitat d'&#8221;evacuar&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Va funcionar molt b\u00e9.
