{"id":6998,"date":"2019-04-06T21:07:43","date_gmt":"2019-04-06T21:07:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/locaacademiafamiliar.com\/?p=6998"},"modified":"2019-04-06T21:22:36","modified_gmt":"2019-04-06T21:22:36","slug":"idees-desmorzars-i-berenars-saludables-sense-sucres","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/locaacademiafamiliar.com\/ca\/2019\/idees-desmorzars-i-berenars-saludables-sense-sucres\/","title":{"rendered":"Idees d&#8217;esmorzars i berenars saludables sense sucres"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A casa fa ja temps que ens vam posar les piles amb el tema <strong>alimentaci\u00f3<\/strong>; m\u00e9s o menys quan va n\u00e9ixer la nostra gran i ens va tocar ser <strong>pares responsables<\/strong> \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Vaig comen\u00e7ar llegint els llibres indispensables sobre alimentaci\u00f3 per a mares i nadons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2OSJTmV\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Mam\u00e1 come sano, de Julio Basulto<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2UAywoV\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span id=\"productTitle\" class=\"a-size-large\">Se me hace bola: Cuando no comen como queremos que coman, tambi\u00e9n de Julio Basulto.<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2Ko6id4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span id=\"productTitle\" class=\"a-size-large\">Mi ni\u00f1o no me come: Consejos para prevenir y resolver el problema (Pr\u00e1cticos), de Carlos Gonz\u00e1lez.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Com ja vaig explicar, <strong>nosaltres <a href=\"https:\/\/locaacademiafamiliar.com\/ca\/2016\/ni-nomes-trossos-ni-nomes-papilles-la-nostra-manera\/\">no som de donar nom\u00e9s trossos per\u00f2 tampoc nom\u00e9s triturats<\/a>.<\/strong> Apliquem moltes de les idees que es plasmen en aquests llibres per\u00f2 adaptades a la nostra fam\u00edlia i al nostre dia a dia.<\/p>\n<p>En els \u00faltims mesos hem canviat uns dels \u00faltims graons que ens faltaven:<strong> els esmorzars i els berenars<\/strong>, <strong>perqu\u00e8 siguin tamb\u00e9 ben saludables.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La nostra filla gran s&#8217;emporta cada dia a l&#8217;escola una bosseta per esmorzar amb els amics abans de comen\u00e7ar la jornada lectiva i una altra per berenar quan ja est\u00e0 acabant el seu moment &#8220;laboral&#8221;. <strong>Sempre esmorza fort a casa i a la bosseta s&#8217;end\u00fa una fruita, aix\u00ed que ens quedava pendent millorar l&#8217;esmorzar de casa i el berenar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Des d&#8217;aquest curs, hem anat canviant els h\u00e0bits a poc a poc.<strong> T&#8217;explico les idees que han anat sorgint i triomfant a casa nostra. Han quedat molt bones, en van sortir nom\u00e9s 8 galetes per\u00f2 la veritat \u00e9s que omplen tant que amb una una mica gran ja ten\u00edem mig esmorzar fet. Nosaltres comprem <strong>iogurt natural (ni ensucrat, ni de sabors &#8230;)<\/strong> i cadasc\u00fa es el transforma al seu gust: la nostra petita se&#8217;l menja sol, els altres li posem com a m\u00ednim canyella tot i que hem fet alguns invents que han resultat espectaculars:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Iogurt amb mantega de cacauet casolana<\/strong>: un bol de iogurt i una cullerada de la mantega de cacauet, ben remogut. Sembla estrany per\u00f2 queda bon\u00edssim.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Iogurt nutella<\/strong>: al iogurt se li afegeix avellanes i cacau pur en pols.
